“I was unsure where to start when it came to improving my health and fitness. The plan from Livantu gave me a solid framework and a clear sense of direction. Rather than feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there, the plan laid out simple, reliable principles that made things much easier to follow. My main goals were to improve both cardiovascular and muscular health, but I also noticed it had a positive impact on my mindset. It made a real difference once I started putting it into practice. I was genuinely pleased with the results.”
